About the Role
Mem0 is building the memory layer for AI agents—so they can retain long-term context, learn from interactions, and improve over time. This full-time onsite role is based in the San Francisco Bay Area and reports directly to the CTO, partnering closely with a highly technical team to deliver memory infrastructure to customers.
Responsibilities
- Bring Mem0’s memory infrastructure directly into customer environments and workflows
- Collaborate in person with engineering to iterate quickly based on real-world feedback
- Translate field learnings from customer deployments into actionable improvements for the core product
- Help tackle complex, high-impact problems encountered by enterprise and developer users
Requirements
- Strong engineering fundamentals and comfort working on production systems
- Experience integrating software into external systems and environments
- Ability to collaborate deeply with a technical team and move fast in an onsite setting
