About the Role
As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you’ll work onsite with our engineering team in San Francisco to bring our memory infrastructure directly into customers’ hands. You’ll translate real-world needs into actionable feedback for the core product and help tackle some of the hardest problems in the field.
Responsibilities
- Partner closely with customers to deploy and validate memory infrastructure for AI agent use cases
- Feed field learnings back into product and engineering to improve reliability, performance, and developer experience
- Iterate quickly with a highly technical team to address integration and deployment challenges
- Work directly with our CTO to align on technical priorities and impact
Requirements
- Strong engineering background with experience shipping production systems
- Comfort working onsite and collaborating in real time with a technical team
- Ability to translate customer problems into clear technical requirements
- Strong problem-solving skills and a practical, fast-iteration mindset
