About the Role
C3 AI is seeking a Forward Deployed Team Lead to serve as a senior technical partner for an enterprise customer. In this role, you’ll embed directly with the customer team to help take AI solutions from initial design through real-world deployment and operation.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end delivery for a commercial or enterprise customer engagement
- Combine hands-on engineering with product ownership and project management
- Design and implement enterprise-grade technical architecture for AI applications
- Collaborate with stakeholders and communicate progress, risks, and outcomes
- Drive the transition of AI solutions from “design” to “in production”
Requirements
- Strong technical background with experience designing and building production systems
- Demonstrated ability to lead projects and coordinate across technical and business stakeholders
- Comfort with hands-on coding and technical architecture work
- Experience working directly with customers in a delivery or implementation capacity
