About the Role
Roku is seeking a Forward Logistics Analyst to support Supply Chain Operations and help ensure our products move efficiently from point of origin to their next destination. This role is based onsite in Austin, TX and offers the chance to contribute to a fast-growing, mission-driven organization.
Responsibilities
- Support forward logistics planning and execution for product shipments
- Analyze logistics performance and help identify opportunities to improve flow and service levels
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate shipment planning and handoffs
- Track key logistics metrics and assist with reporting and continuous improvement efforts
- Help resolve operational issues that impact delivery timing and customer experience
Requirements
- Experience working with logistics, supply chain operations, or transportation analytics
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends
- Comfort working cross-functionally and communicating clearly with stakeholders
- Proficiency with spreadsheets and reporting tools
