About the Role
Join an early-stage AI-powered HR technology startup as a Founding BDR and help build the foundation for our outbound engine. This is an SDR-to-AE track role, meaning you’ll begin by prospecting and qualifying opportunities, then move into closing as you demonstrate results.
You’ll own pipeline creation for mid-market and enterprise prospects while partnering closely with the founding team to refine our sales playbook and scale fast. We’re looking for high-energy, process-minded builders who can balance structure with creative experimentation.
Responsibilities
- Generate new sales opportunities through inbound qualification and outbound outreach
- Qualify prospects using a consultative, discovery-led approach
- Build top-of-funnel pipeline via warm and cold outbound campaigns
- Test, learn, and iterate on go-to-market initiatives and marketing experiments
- Partner with leadership to shape messaging, targeting, and sales processes as the company grows
Requirements
- Experience in outbound prospecting and lead qualification (SDR/BDR or similar)
- Comfort working with mid-market and enterprise buyers
- Strong communication skills and a consultative selling mindset
- Ability to execute in a fast-moving startup environment and iterate quickly
- High drive and ownership—comfortable building processes from the ground up
