About the Role
Notch is an AI operating system built for insurance, financial services, and fintech. We deploy purpose-built agents that handle complex, regulated workflows compliantly and at scale—already supported by major carriers and fintech teams.
We’re seeking a founding Business Development hire to help drive our next phase of growth. You’ll own pipeline generation and play a key role in shaping our outbound go-to-market motion as we scale.
Responsibilities
- Generate qualified pipeline across insurance, financial services, and fintech through a mix of outbound and targeted engagement
- Research and identify high-value accounts, then nurture relationships through thoughtful, multi-touch outreach
- Develop and refine outbound strategies, including channel planning and follow-up cadences
- Coordinate go-to-market activities such as conferences and events to create new opportunities
- Partner closely with leadership to help build and improve the GTM engine from the ground up
Requirements
- Proven experience in business development, outbound prospecting, and pipeline generation
- Strong account and market research skills with the ability to target regulated industries
- Excellent communication skills and a creative approach to engaging prospects across channels
- Experience running strategic follow-up and managing outreach workflows
- Comfort working in a fast-moving, early-stage environment and taking ownership of outcomes
