About the Role
Giga is hiring a founding Senior HR Generalist and People Operations Lead to help scale a lean, fast-moving team building AI agents for major B2C brands. This on-site role is based in San Francisco’s Dogpatch neighborhood and will play a key part in shaping people processes as the company grows after a recent $61M Series A.
Responsibilities
- Own day-to-day HR operations and support managers and employees across the employee lifecycle
- Build and improve people operations workflows, policies, and documentation from the ground up
- Partner with leadership to align hiring, onboarding, performance, and employee experience with business needs
- Support recruiting operations and coordinate processes to keep hiring efficient and consistent
- Help create scalable HR practices that support a high-growth, high-velocity environment
Requirements
- Senior-level HR generalist experience with strong people-ops ownership
- Demonstrated ability to build processes and policies in a fast-changing startup environment
- Comfort partnering with leadership and translating business goals into people practices
- Experience supporting hiring, onboarding, and ongoing employee programs
- Strong communication skills and a hands-on, collaborative approach
Benefits
- Competitive salary range of $160,000–$185,000 plus equity
