About the Role
Spreetail is seeking a Fulfillment Services Project Manager to launch and shape a new role within our Platform Services organization. This onsite position is based at one of our U.S. fulfillment centers, where you’ll act as the operational champion for our brand partners—addressing issues as they arise, improving inventory accuracy, and driving process improvements that benefit both warehouse performance and the customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary on-site point of contact for brand partners and operational stakeholders
- Identify operational challenges and implement solutions to improve day-to-day execution
- Drive initiatives that strengthen inventory accuracy and reduce fulfillment errors
- Analyze workflows and recommend process improvements to support scalable platform operations
- Partner closely with Fulfillment Center Operations to align priorities and outcomes
- Help build a new function by establishing practices, communication rhythms, and measurable goals
Requirements
- Experience managing projects in a warehouse, fulfillment, or operations environment
- Strong understanding of inventory accuracy and operational process improvement
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, on-the-ground setting
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Comfort using data to identify root causes and track progress
