About the Role
JETSET Pilates is looking for a General Manager to lead our Edmond studio with strong coaching, people-first leadership, and a passion for helping members and team thrive. You’ll model the qualities of an exceptional instructor while building meaningful relationships within the studio.
Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day studio operations to support performance, growth, and exceptional member experience
- Complete the JETSET Pilates training program and apply best practices in the studio
- Instruct an average of 8 classes per week
- Be present during class times for at least 25 classes each week to ensure consistent coverage and support
- Manage and develop studio team members, fostering a positive, accountable culture
- Drive studio goals by monitoring progress and ensuring business priorities are met
- Ensure all operational areas of the business are fulfilled and aligned with company standards
Requirements
- Proven leadership experience in a customer-focused environment
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability and willingness to complete training and teach classes
- Availability to be in the studio during class times (minimum of 25 classes per week)
- Passion for Pilates, coaching, and community building
