About the Role
Coinbase is seeking a GFCO Program Manager to lead end-to-end ownership of the financial crimes compliance operations experience and related automation. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment and is motivated to improve how compliance operations work in practice.
Responsibilities
- Own the GFCO programs roadmap for compliance operations experience and automation
- Drive operational improvements across workflows, tooling, and execution
- Partner cross-functionally to deliver scalable processes and measurable outcomes
- Coordinate program execution, tracking progress, risks, and dependencies end to end
- Identify opportunities to automate manual work and improve consistency and quality
Requirements
- Experience managing programs in compliance, risk, or financial crimes operations
- Strong ability to translate operational needs into process and automation improvements
- Proven cross-functional collaboration skills with operational and technical partners
- Comfort operating in a remote-first environment with periodic in-person “surges”
