About the Role
Join our team as a Gift Shop Clerk and help travelers find memorable souvenirs. You’ll provide friendly, knowledgeable service, support smooth checkout, and in select locations help prepare espresso and coffee drinks to brighten guests’ days.
Responsibilities
- Assist guests by sharing product knowledge and recommending the right keepsakes
- Operate cash registers and complete customer transactions
- Balance cash drawers and complete end-of-day accounting tasks
- Support strong sales performance while maintaining a welcoming, helpful atmosphere
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure a consistent guest experience
Requirements

- Comfort handling cash transactions and basic accounting/end-of-day procedures
