About the Role
Kick-start your career in the B2B SaaS space with PriceLabs. This entry-level Graduate Programme is designed to help you transition into non-technical roles across teams such as Sales & Success, Marketing, and Data Science.
You’ll be the first point of contact for incoming communication, helping set a positive tone for how we support customers and prospects.
Responsibilities
- Act as an initial communication layer for inquiries and requests
- Support cross-functional teams by routing and coordinating information
- Learn core business processes and tools used across departments
- Contribute to a smooth, responsive customer and prospect experience
Requirements
- Must currently reside in India and have full work authorization
- Available to work any five (5) days per week
- For candidates in India: able to work 6:00 p.m. IST to 2:30 a.m. IST
- Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn
