About the Role
Verisign is seeking a detail-oriented Hardware (HW) / Software (SW) Asset Management Analyst III to join our Technology Asset Management (TAM) team. In this role, you will help manage and control the HW and SW portfolio to maximize value while reducing cost and risk across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Track and maintain the hardware and software asset inventory on a daily basis
- Coordinate software licenses and ensure appropriate license coverage
- Support maintenance agreement setup and ongoing compliance
- Manage software and service renewals, including timelines and documentation
- Facilitate technology asset management procurements and related TAM activities
- Identify opportunities to optimize portfolio value and reduce operational risk
Requirements
- Experience in hardware/software asset management or related IT operations functions
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple renewals and tracking activities
- Comfort working with licensing and maintenance processes
- Proactive, organized approach to coordinating across stakeholders
