About the Role
Mutiny is building self-improving AI infrastructure that helps go-to-market teams execute faster and win more revenue. As the Head of AI Strategists, you’ll own the strategy and technical solutions that support our most complex managed accounts—turning customer goals into agent-first outcomes.
We recently relaunched Mutiny as an agent-first platform, highlighted by Anthropic as a leader in AI GTM. With month-over-month MRR growth exceeding 70% and customers including Uber, Rippling, and Snowflake, this is a chance to help shape the next generation of revenue velocity.
Responsibilities
- Own Mutiny’s managed account strategy and deliver technical solutions for high-impact, complex customer use cases.
- Lead the technical solutions function that supports our most demanding accounts and drives successful outcomes.
- Develop and refine repeatable processes for managed accounts and AI agent deployments.
- Partner with sales and marketing leadership to align solutions with real deal movement and revenue motion.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to improve agent performance based on what’s actually driving results.
Requirements
- Proven experience leading AI strategy and/or technical solutions for customer-facing deployments.
- Strong understanding of agent-first systems and practical application of AI to GTM workflows.
- Track record of owning outcomes across complex stakeholders and technical constraints.
- Ability to translate customer needs into scalable technical approaches and measurable results.
- Experience working in fast-moving, startup environments.
