About the Role
QuidelOrtho is seeking an SAP Logistics and Operations Lead to help strengthen end-to-end logistics and operational processes across our global diagnostics network. In this role, you’ll partner with business and technology teams to improve how materials, inventory, and operational workflows are managed—supporting reliable, consistent diagnostics delivery worldwide.
Responsibilities
- Lead SAP logistics and operations initiatives, guiding design, configuration, and continuous improvement of relevant processes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into actionable system enhancements.
- Own solution delivery activities, including testing support, change management, and rollout planning.
- Drive process standardization and operational efficiency across teams and locations.
- Partner with cross-functional groups to ensure data quality, integrations, and reporting support business outcomes.
Requirements
- Experience leading SAP logistics and/or operations solutions (e.g., inventory, procurement/logistics workflows, warehouse-related processes).
- Strong understanding of business process mapping and requirements gathering.
- Proven ability to lead projects and work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience supporting system testing, deployment, and continuous improvement activities.
