About the Role
YOUNG is seeking a Head of Creative Studio & Brand Operations to lead the internal creative agency that powers the entire YOUNG ecosystem. You’ll oversee branding, social media, content production, creative execution, budgets, and operational excellence—ensuring every touchpoint looks exceptional, communicates clearly, and ships fast.
Responsibilities
- Lead YOUNG Studio as the internal creative partner for all YOUNG companies and brands
- Own studio planning, priorities, and delivery of creative output across the ecosystem
- Oversee brand identity, design, social strategy, content, video, photography, and production
- Develop social media strategies, content calendars, and campaign plans
- Translate business objectives into strong creative execution and quality standards
- Deliver projects on time and within budget while maintaining consistently high output quality
- Build efficient, scalable workflows and production systems
- Manage internal talent, freelancers, agencies, suppliers, and production partners
- Negotiate external rates and control vendor and production costs
- Allocate resources based on impact, urgency, and business value
- Introduce AI tools, automation, and modern creative workflows to improve speed and efficiency
- Maintain brand consistency across campaigns, websites, events, launches, and presentations
- Create clear briefs, timelines, budgets, and role responsibilities
- Identify bottlenecks early and resolve them before they affect delivery
- Turn ideas into real execution with an ownership mindset
Requirements
- Experience leading a creative team, studio, agency, or internal agency
- Strong knowledge of branding, content marketing, and social media growth
- Proven project, production, and stakeholder management skills
- Commercial awareness and a cost-conscious approach
- Experience managing budgets, suppliers, freelancers, and external partners
- Ability to balance creativity, speed, quality, and operational efficiency
- Experience building scalable workflows, systems, and processes
- Interest in AI tools, automation, and modern content production approaches
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- High ownership and execution focus

Work Location
This is a remote role with regular travel to the Netherlands for close collaboration with the YOUNG team and founders. You must be able to spend approximately one to two weeks per month in the Netherlands.
