About the Role

Join a fast-growing technology company focused on advanced video encoding and real-time data transmission over IP networks. As Head of Sales, you’ll lead the sales function across all product lines, driving profitable growth and building a strong pipeline to support near-, mid-, and long-term revenue goals.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee, plan, and direct the sales organization to maximize sales volume and profit across all offerings
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy aligned with rapid company growth objectives
  • Build and maintain a robust project pipeline for short-, mid-, and long-term opportunities
  • Identify and pursue new business partnerships across multiple channels
  • Translate business strategy into clear, locally actionable plans and ensure resources are focused on priority customers
  • Create and lead concise, engaging sales communications and programs that drive execution and success across a global customer base

Requirements

  • Proven leadership experience owning sales strategy, pipeline development, and revenue targets
  • Strong ability to develop go-to-market plans and translate strategy into execution
  • Experience building partnerships and selling across multiple channels
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to create clear sales messaging and programs
  • Background in technology or IP/network-related solutions is a strong advantage
