Responsibilities
- Oversee, plan, and direct the sales organization to maximize sales volume and profit across all offerings
- Develop and execute a sales strategy aligned with rapid company growth objectives
- Build and maintain a robust project pipeline for short-, mid-, and long-term opportunities
- Identify and pursue new business partnerships across multiple channels
- Translate business strategy into clear, locally actionable plans and ensure resources are focused on priority customers
- Create and lead concise, engaging sales communications and programs that drive execution and success across a global customer base
Requirements
- Proven leadership experience owning sales strategy, pipeline development, and revenue targets
- Strong ability to develop go-to-market plans and translate strategy into execution
- Experience building partnerships and selling across multiple channels
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to create clear sales messaging and programs
- Background in technology or IP/network-related solutions is a strong advantage
