About the Role
Join our IT support team providing phone and remote assistance to 1,700+ users. You’ll help troubleshoot everyday technology issues across Windows 11, Microsoft 365/Office, Outlook, and common connectivity and device management tools.
Responsibilities
- Provide timely support for user-reported incidents via phone and remote channels
- Troubleshoot issues related to Windows 11, Active Directory, MS Office (2016 and 365), Outlook, and Citrix
- Assist with VPN connectivity, mobile device access, and enterprise management platforms such as MobileIron and Intune
- Log, track, and manage tickets using Ivanti (ITSM)
- Support collaboration and document workflows involving Zoom and iManage
- Communicate clearly with users to gather details, explain next steps, and confirm resolution
Requirements
- Strong customer service skills with excellent communication
- Hands-on troubleshooting experience with Windows 11 and Microsoft Office/Microsoft 365
- Working knowledge of VPN and ticketing systems (Ivanti preferred)
- Experience supporting Outlook, Citrix, and/or Active Directory is a plus
- Familiarity with mobile device management tools such as Intune and MobileIron is a plus
Schedule & Support Coverage
- Monday–Friday shift: 11:00 AM–7:00 PM
- Primarily phone/remote support
