About the Role
Join K12, a Stride company, as a High School Health Science CRE Teacher for the 2026/2027 school year. This role delivers Health Science course content in an online learning environment while supporting students through their academic journey and post-secondary planning.
Responsibilities
- Provide instruction, support, and guidance to students in an online setting
- Manage the learning process and tailor support to meet students’ individual needs
- Monitor student progress using K12’s learning management system
- Collaborate with students and families to advance learning goals
- Develop and monitor plans for post-secondary success using online tools (e.g., Career Builder, Career Cruising)
Requirements
- North Carolina teaching certificate
- Health Science CTE/CRE certificate required
- Must reside in North Carolina
- Comfort working with students through a virtual platform and learning management systems
