About the Role
We’re seeking a state-certified High School Self-Contained Special Education Teacher to deliver specialized course instruction in an online learning environment. You’ll support students in alignment with their Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), helping them build academic skills and confidence.
Responsibilities
- Provide instruction, support, and guidance tailored to each student’s individual needs
- Manage the learning process and help students stay engaged and progressing
- Collaborate with students and families to support learning goals
- Maintain and complete required compliance documentation for students with special needs
- Deliver specific course content in an online setting while following program expectations
Requirements
- North Carolina teaching certification required
- Special Education endorsement required
- Must reside in North Carolina
