About the Role
Multiquip Inc. is seeking a strategic, people-focused Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to support our Lewisville operations. In this onsite role, you’ll partner with leaders to connect HR strategy to business objectives, strengthen culture, and improve organizational effectiveness.
Reporting to the Vice President of Human Resources, you’ll help shape talent initiatives, drive employee engagement, and ensure day-to-day HR practices align with applicable requirements—while delivering responsive support to both managers and employees.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership on workforce planning, talent strategy, and organizational effectiveness
- Support HR initiatives that drive engagement, performance, and a high-trust workplace culture
- Partner with managers to address employee relations matters and improve outcomes
- Help ensure HR processes and practices comply with relevant laws, policies, and internal standards
- Collaborate across HR to optimize talent development and operational HR support
Requirements
- Experience in HR business partnering or a similar HR leadership role
- Strong knowledge of employee relations and HR compliance fundamentals
- Proven ability to influence leaders and drive people strategies aligned to business goals
- Excellent communication and service mindset for supporting employees and managers
