About the Role
We’re seeking an experienced HR Generalist to support a growing industrial manufacturing team in Houston, TX. This onsite role is hands-on and partnership-driven, combining day-to-day HR responsibilities with recruiting support and close collaboration with operations leadership.
You’ll help build practical HR processes that keep employees supported while helping the business run efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
- Support the full employee lifecycle, including recruiting and onboarding activities
- Partner with operations leaders to address day-to-day HR needs
- Assist with HR programs and employee relations initiatives
- Help maintain efficient HR processes and documentation
- Support workforce planning needs as the organization grows
Requirements
- Prior HR Generalist experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting
- Strong relationship-building skills across all levels of the organization
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
- Ability to balance recruiting support with ongoing HR responsibilities
