About the Role

Cardiovascular Services of America (CVAUSA) is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to support our National Services Organization (NSO) and a network of independent physician practices. This remote role partners closely with physicians, practice administrators, and operational leaders to deliver practical HR guidance, strengthen employee relations, and support hiring and leadership needs across a multi-site healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary HR partner for assigned business leaders, physicians, and practice administrators, advising on employee relations, performance management, and HR best practices
  • Manage employee relations cases end-to-end, including intake, workplace investigations, documentation, and recommendations for corrective action
  • Coach leaders through sensitive conversations, performance concerns, conflict resolution, and policy interpretation
  • Identify employee relations trends and recommend proactive solutions to improve retention and workplace culture
  • Partner with hiring managers to define staffing needs and develop recruiting strategies for clinical, administrative, and corporate roles
  • Own full-cycle recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interviewing coordination, and offer support
  • Support onboarding to help new employees integrate into both the organization and local practice culture
  • Assist workforce planning efforts for growth, expansion, and acquisitions
  • Help build scalable HR policies and procedures that support a decentralized operating model
  • Collaborate with Payroll, Benefits, HRIS, Compliance, and Operations to ensure a consistent employee experience
  • Ensure compliance with applicable federal, state, and local employment laws and internal policies
  • Travel up to 20% to partner with practices and regional locations for on-site support, investigations, training, and relationship building

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience
  • Experience supporting multiple locations or business units preferred
  • Healthcare, physician practice management, NSO (National Services Organization), or similarly complex environments strongly preferred
  • Strong judgment, relationship-building skills, and ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
