About the Role
EPIC Insurance Brokers & Consultants is looking for an HR Business Partner to support leaders and teams as we continue to grow across the United States. In this role, you’ll help align people strategies with business goals while partnering closely with managers to drive positive employee experiences.
Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to understand workforce needs and translate them into HR programs and recommendations
- Support talent planning, onboarding, and employee development initiatives
- Advise on performance management, organizational effectiveness, and employee relations matters
- Collaborate with HR and cross-functional teams to implement policies and improve HR processes
- Maintain strong communication with stakeholders and support a culture aligned with EPIC’s core values
Requirements
- Experience working as an HR Business Partner or in a similar HR advisory role
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, employee relations, and talent strategy
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment
- Commitment to confidentiality and professional ethics
