About the Role
Kelso Industries is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to support a high-performing team at Mullins Mechanical. You’ll help manage day-to-day HR functions while partnering with leaders across industrial and large commercial construction environments.

Responsibilities
- Support recruiting and onboarding activities to ensure a smooth candidate and new-hire experience
- Assist with employee relations and help coordinate HR communications and documentation
- Maintain HR records and support compliance with company policies and applicable requirements
- Coordinate HR processes such as benefits support and employee inquiries
- Partner with managers to identify staffing needs and address workforce questions
Requirements
- Experience in HR generalist duties (recruiting support, employee relations, onboarding, or HR administration)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work with leaders and employees
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, operations-driven environment
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information
