About the Role
Frontier is seeking a Human Resources Manager to own and continuously improve our HR function. Reporting to the Chief Administration Officer, you’ll partner with leadership to ensure HR practices are efficient, compliant, and aligned with company values and business goals. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Sheridan, Wyoming.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employees and managers on HR-related matters
- Manage employee relations issues with confidentiality, professionalism, and sound judgment
- Support recruiting efforts and help ensure a strong, efficient hiring process
- Ensure HR compliance and help maintain required policies, procedures, and documentation
- Oversee performance management processes and support managers in driving accountability
- Improve HR operations and employee experience through process improvements and project execution
- Partner with leadership to align HR initiatives with organizational priorities
Requirements
- Proven experience in human resources, employee relations, and HR operations
- Strong knowledge of HR compliance and employment best practices
- Excellent organization and attention to detail
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
- Strong relationship-building skills and a proactive, results-oriented mindset
