About the Role
We’re seeking an HR Representative/Generalist to support the day-to-day HR operations for our community. You’ll help manage key HR functions—including payroll and benefits—while ensuring compliance with applicable federal and state requirements. This role partners closely with facility leadership and employees, maintaining confidentiality and a professional, service-focused approach.
Responsibilities
- Support community staffing by following standardized hiring processes, driving retention initiatives, and managing applicant tracking system workflows
- Conduct and coordinate new hire onboarding, including welcome orientations and completion of required paperwork
- Administer leave programs such as FMLA, workplace accommodations, and other leaves of absence
- Assist supervisors with performance management, including reviews, employee relations support, coaching, corrective actions, performance improvement plans, and investigations
Requirements
- Experience supporting HR operations, including recruiting coordination and employee relations
- Strong understanding of HR compliance and confidentiality requirements
- Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion
