About the Role
Join Centria Autism as a Hybrid Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This role blends flexibility with hands-on clinical connection—work from home part of the week while also completing weekly in-person supervision and collaborating with clients, families, and clinical teams.
Responsibilities
- Deliver and oversee high-quality ABA services across virtual and in-home or center-based settings
- Provide weekly in-person clinical supervision
- Use clinical and operational resources to support client-centered care
- Partner with families and multidisciplinary teams to drive consistent treatment outcomes
Requirements
- BCBA certification (Board Certified Behavior Analyst)
- Ability to complete weekly in-person supervision in the Charlotte area
- Experience delivering ABA therapy in virtual and in-person environments
- Strong collaboration and communication skills with clients and families
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $90,000–$100,000 per year
- Weekly and monthly bonus opportunities (typically averaging about $1,000/month)
- $10,000 signing bonus
