About the Role
Talkspace is building a diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplace where clinicians can focus on delivering meaningful mental health care. We’re seeking a part-time Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to help expand access for people who need support but face barriers to care.
This is a contract role designed to offer flexibility similar to private practice—without the administrative burden. Talkspace supports billing, marketing, and operational tasks so you can concentrate on patient outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Provide psychiatric evaluations and ongoing medication management
- Deliver patient-centered mental health care with a compassionate, professional approach
- Support a diverse patient population and help improve access to care
- Use available tools and workflows to document care appropriately
Requirements
- Active RN and Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner credentials (as applicable)
- Ability to practice in the relevant state(s) and meet licensing requirements for telehealth
- Experience providing psychiatric care, including assessment and treatment planning
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
