About the Role
Join our logistics and import operations team as an Import Customer Service Coordinator (Admin). In this fully onsite role, you’ll support the import process end-to-end by coordinating documentation, communicating with customers, and helping keep shipments on track. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys fast-paced coordination and takes pride in accurate, compliant work.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate import documentation and support the overall shipment workflow
- Communicate with customers to confirm details, provide updates, and resolve questions
- Track shipments and monitor progress to ensure timely movement
- Support compliance by helping maintain accurate records related to import requirements
- Handle multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of attention to detail
Requirements
- Customer service experience and strong administrative support skills
- Background or exposure to logistics, transportation, import/export operations, or supply chain
- Comfort working onsite in a Monday–Friday schedule (8:00 AM–5:00 PM)
- Strong organization, proactive communication, and ability to manage competing priorities
