About the Role
Join our team as an Industrial Maintenance Technician responsible for keeping production and facility equipment running safely, reliably, and efficiently. You’ll perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance across food processing, packaging, and utility systems while following strict safety, food safety, and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities
- Maintain equipment through planned preventive maintenance and targeted predictive work
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair issues to minimize production downtime
- Perform corrective maintenance on production, packaging, and utility systems
- Support continuous improvement efforts to increase equipment reliability
- Work closely with production, engineering, and quality teams to resolve equipment and process concerns
- Follow all safety, food safety, and compliance standards while completing daily tasks
Requirements
- Experience with industrial maintenance, troubleshooting, and equipment repair
- Knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance practices
- Ability to work day or night shift based on the schedule (4am–4pm or 4pm–4am)
- Strong attention to safety and compliance in a regulated environment
