About the Role
Join the Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCA) Research & Engineering Group as an Industrial Specialist. You will serve as a technical authority, applying established concepts and practices while advising on their capabilities and limitations within the functional area.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical expertise on the application and limitations of proven concepts and practices
- Deliver periodic status updates on project progress and workload to the Branch Head
- Identify and integrate internal and external policy considerations impacting test teams and their projects
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience providing technical guidance in an industrial or engineering support environment
- Ability to evaluate how established methods apply to specific project needs and constraints
- Strong communication skills for reporting status and coordinating with stakeholders
- Experience tracking and assessing policy or compliance issues that affect project execution
