About the Role
Babilou Family US is hiring an Infant Assistant Teacher to help create a safe, nurturing, and sustainable environment for our youngest learners. In this role, you’ll support the Teacher Associate as you help infants grow through caring routines, meaningful learning moments, and a classroom culture built on respect.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Teacher Associate in planning and supporting age-appropriate learning experiences for infants
- Help maintain an organized, clean, and eco-minded classroom environment
- Support daily routines that promote health, safety, and development
- Build positive, respectful relationships with children, families, and team members
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure consistent care and communication
Requirements
- Interest and experience working with infants or in early childhood education
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
- Commitment to creating a safe, nurturing environment
- Strong communication skills with children and families
- Willingness to support sustainable practices in daily classroom routines
