About the Role
As an Instructional Designer, you’ll help shape and roll out training services for the Customer Care organization. You’ll partner with business leaders to support client strategic initiatives by turning customer care requirements into effective learning programs.
Responsibilities
- Provide strategic input to senior business leaders on Customer Care direction and how client requirements will be implemented.
- Assess client needs and recommend suitable products and services to support customer outcomes.
- Create a Customer Care/Connect growth strategy that highlights key offerings and aligns with client goals.
- Support the development and delivery of training modules, courses, and programs that reflect customer service processes.
- Collect customer service performance data to evaluate training impact, monitor ROI, and recommend improvements.
Requirements
- Experience designing and developing training content (e.g., modules, courses, and learning programs).
- Ability to translate business and customer care needs into learning solutions.
- Comfort working with performance metrics to measure learning effectiveness and ROI.
