About the Role
We’re seeking a Korean-bilingual Infra Server Administrator to help maintain and evolve our enterprise server and application environment. This role supports day-to-day operations while also contributing to server builds and deployments for business units.
Responsibilities
- Maintain enterprise servers, storage, and supporting application environments
- Build, deploy, and support servers requested by business units
- Coordinate IT infrastructure projects by aligning stakeholder requirements to HQ standard processes
- Support future IT infrastructure resource and team/member management needs
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of Windows and/or Linux server environments
- Solid understanding of server architecture
- Working knowledge of disk and SAN switch configuration (EMC, NetApp, etc.) is a plus
- Knowledge of Symantec NetBackup architecture is a plus
- Virtualization experience with VMware is a plus
- Familiarity with DevOps/monitoring tools such as Nagios and Cacti, and ticketing workflows like Jira is a plus
- Excellent communication skills and ability to manage both projects and daily operations
