About the Role
We’re seeking an Infrastructure Engineer to support day-to-day endpoint, mobility, and productivity application operations with a strong customer service mindset. This role focuses on executing consistent, detail-oriented work to help senior team members concentrate on higher-level initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Resolve escalated Tier 1 tickets involving end-user hardware, software, and access issues, driving each case through to completion with clear communication.
- Use ITSM tools to log, track, and document work performed, ensuring accurate updates and visibility.
- Support Microsoft Intune for iOS/iPadOS and Windows devices.
- Assist with Windows Autopilot deployments and standard device onboarding workflows.
- Package and deploy software, supporting hardware refresh activities as needed.
- Provide operational support for Microsoft 365 applications and coordinate cellular service requirements.
Requirements
- Experience supporting Windows endpoints and common deployment workflows.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Intune and device management for iOS/iPadOS and Windows.
- Familiarity with Windows Autopilot and endpoint deployment processes.
- Experience with PowerShell and software packaging fundamentals.
