About the Role
Extreme is seeking an Innovation Lead for the Office of the CTO to help shape and advance AI-driven innovation across our technology organization. You’ll partner closely with senior leaders to identify high-impact opportunities, translate strategy into practical initiatives, and help accelerate our customers’ digital transformation.
Responsibilities
- Drive innovation initiatives aligned to the CTO’s priorities, with a focus on AI opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define problem statements, success metrics, and delivery plans
- Evaluate emerging technologies and translate them into prototypes, pilots, or scalable solutions
- Support technology leadership with insights, recommendations, and progress updates
- Contribute to an innovation culture by sharing learnings and best practices across teams
Requirements
- Experience leading innovation, technology strategy, or AI-related initiatives
- Strong ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Demonstrated capability to evaluate new technologies and drive from concept to execution
- Excellent communication skills and comfort presenting recommendations to senior leadership
- Legal authorization to work in the country where the role is located
