Electronic Warfare (EW) Support Equipment Engineering Test and Maintenance Requirements

About the Role

Join the Research & Development Group within the Spectrum Warfare Department at NAVAIR WARCEN WPNDIV in Point Mugu. In this Interdisciplinary Engineer/Scientist role, you will help define electronic warfare (EW) flight line test and maintenance requirements that support system sustainment and deliver test products for both domestic and international partners.

Responsibilities

  • Define EW flight line test and maintenance requirements to support system sustainment
  • Provide senior-level technical expertise and project leadership for NAWCWD initiatives
  • Ensure EW Support Equipment (SE) solutions are effective for current and future mission objectives
  • Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) to support operational availability and interoperability of partners’ EW systems
  • Deliver project updates, status reports, and technical consultation, including proposal support

Requirements

  • Experience in electronic warfare (EW) testing, sustainment, and/or support equipment engineering
  • Demonstrated ability to provide senior technical guidance and lead technical projects
  • Strong communication skills to present proposals and report technical status to stakeholders
  • Experience supporting domestic and/or international mission partners and interoperability goals
