About the Role
Join our DSP Support team as an Interviewer. In this full-time role, you will help interview and select candidates for open DSP positions across Marion, Linn, Polk, and Lincoln counties. You may also support additional recruiting efforts such as job fairs and school events.
Responsibilities
- Conduct interviews and assist with the candidate selection process for DSP openings
- Coordinate recruiting activities across Marion, Linn, Polk, and Lincoln counties
- Support outreach efforts, including job fairs and school/community events
- Maintain professionalism and accurate communication throughout the hiring process
Requirements
- Proficiency with computer systems and common Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to represent the organization effectively during recruiting events
Compensation
- $56,000 per year
