About the Role
CoreWeave is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist to support our data center operations. This role helps ensure the right hardware, materials, and supplies are available when needed to keep critical infrastructure running smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage inventory levels for data center-related hardware and materials
- Coordinate with Operations, IT, Procurement, and Finance to align purchasing and usage needs
- Support accurate inventory tracking and documentation across workflows
- Help maintain efficient processes that reduce shortages, delays, and excess stock
- Assist with inventory-related reporting and issue resolution
Requirements
- Experience in inventory control, supply chain, or warehouse operations
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
- Comfort working cross-functionally with teams such as Operations, IT, and Procurement
- Ability to organize priorities in a fast-moving environment
