About the Role
CoreWeave is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist to support our data center teams. In this role, you’ll help ensure the right hardware and materials are available, tracked accurately, and aligned with operational needs. You’ll work closely with Operations, IT, Procurement, and Finance to keep inventory flowing smoothly across critical infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Monitor inventory levels for data center hardware, parts, and materials to prevent shortages and overstock
- Maintain accurate inventory records and support reconciliation activities
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align purchasing, receiving, and usage with operational demand
- Assist with inventory audits and process improvements to strengthen controls and visibility
- Support reporting needs by providing timely updates to stakeholders
Requirements
- Experience in inventory control, logistics, warehouse operations, or supply chain support
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
- Comfort collaborating with multiple teams and handling competing priorities
- Basic proficiency with inventory tracking systems or related tools (experience with ERP/WMS is a plus)
