Investor Relations & External Communications Analyst (Junior) - Hybrid/Onsite

About the Role

We’re seeking a junior Analyst to support Investor Relations (IR) and external communications for multiple client accounts. You’ll help execute timely communications, contribute to content strategy, and support research and investor event activities under the guidance of client and account leads.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily logistical and strategic IR/PR support across 7–10 client accounts
• Draft and refine external-facing materials such as press releases, corporate PowerPoints, earnings scripts, messaging documents, media pitches, talking points, and strategic plans
• Support research initiatives and targeting analyses; synthesize findings into clear takeaways for internal and client stakeholders
• Assist with roadshows, investor meetings, and other investor events, including outreach campaigns
• Coordinate event-related logistics to ensure deliverables are completed on schedule

Requirements

• Strong writing skills with the ability to produce high-quality first drafts
• Comfort with research, data synthesis, and turning insights into actionable messaging
• Ability to manage deadlines and prioritize work across multiple client accounts
• Interest in building IR and PR expertise and contributing to content and communications strategy
