About the Role
Centuria is seeking an Information Systems Security Officer (ISSO) Support specialist with Linux expertise to support the ACC LAN program at Langley AFB. This role requires an active TS/SCI clearance (interims or waivers are not permitted).
Responsibilities
- Maintain the operational security posture and support situational awareness across assigned systems.
- Initiate actions to improve or restore cybersecurity posture as needed.
- Assist with enforcing cybersecurity policies, procedures, and countermeasures in accordance with applicable Air Force cybersecurity instructions and publications.
- Support development and implementation activities for security processes and controls aligned to mission requirements.
Requirements
- Active TS/SCI clearance.
- Strong working knowledge of Linux operating systems and related security concepts.
- Experience supporting cybersecurity policy enforcement, security posture monitoring, and remediation activities.
- Ability to work within established security and compliance frameworks.
