About the Role
We’re hiring an IT Specialist to support our remote interpreting operations. In this role (Remote - LATAM), you’ll help interpreters and internal teams troubleshoot everyday technology issues and ensure our platforms run smoothly for reliable service delivery.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to interpreters, including help with internet connectivity, PC/headset setup, and audio troubleshooting
- Monitor and manage Mattermost channels to ensure technical concerns are addressed quickly
- Review system check materials during onboarding for new hires
- Perform routine maintenance on HLS’ servers to support performance and reliability
- Set up email accounts and user profiles for direct clients
Requirements
- Experience providing end-user technical support (hardware, audio, connectivity)
- Comfort working with communication and support tools such as Mattermost
- Ability to follow onboarding and systems-check processes with strong attention to detail
- Basic understanding of server maintenance and operational reliability
