About the Role
Redwood Materials is seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist to join our IT/OT Support team in a fast-growing environment. In this role, you’ll help ensure employees can work effectively by supporting end-user devices, software, accounts, and day-to-day workflows.
Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on and remote support for end-user hardware and software
- Manage user accounts and troubleshoot access or workflow issues
- Respond to and resolve help desk tickets, including escalations from peers
- Collaborate with the IT/OT team to support business and operational needs
Requirements
- Experience providing IT support for end-user devices and applications
- Strong troubleshooting skills across common software and account issues
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment and handle ticketed support requests
