About the Role
Watermark is seeking a Journeyman Data Analyst to support mission-focused security and risk management efforts. As a Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business founded by USAF veterans, we bring deep familiarity with DoD security programs and operational requirements.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret data to support security, risk, and mission decision-making
- Develop and maintain reporting and analytical outputs for stakeholders
- Identify trends, anomalies, and insights to improve program effectiveness
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure data aligns with operational needs
- Document findings and present results clearly to technical and non-technical audiences
Requirements
- Journeyman-level experience performing data analysis and reporting
- Strong analytical skills with attention to data quality and accuracy
- Ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Experience working in environments aligned with security and risk management is a plus
- Professional communication skills and integrity in handling sensitive information
