About the Role
Join our Sleep & Respiratory Care Experience Design team to help shape digital products that improve how people sleep, breathe, and live. You’ll turn customer and patient needs into intuitive, high-impact experiences—designing with purpose and building prototypes that can be tested quickly.
Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end user experiences for sleep and respiratory care digital propositions
- Translate user needs into clear concepts, flows, and interface designs
- Use AI-enabled tools to rapidly bring ideas to life and validate them in working prototypes
- Partner with global cross-functional teams to design, ship, and iterate on experiences that are safe, scalable, and meaningful
- Contribute to a new approach to delivering high-quality design across products
Requirements
- Experience designing user-centered digital products (web and/or mobile)
- Strong ability to translate research and needs into intuitive UX/UI
- Proficiency creating prototypes and validating ideas through iteration
- Comfort collaborating with cross-functional teams across different time zones
- Knowledge of accessibility and user experience best practices
