About the Role
Carvana is looking for a Senior Product Designer to help shape the experience of how customers buy, sell, and trade vehicles. You’ll join a fast-moving, tech-forward team focused on delivering meaningful improvements across product, logistics, reconditioning, e-commerce, and customer service.
Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end product experiences in partnership with product, engineering, and data teams
- Translate customer needs and business goals into clear, user-centered design solutions
- Develop and iterate on design concepts using research insights and performance data
- Create and maintain design documentation, prototypes, and UI specs to support implementation
- Advocate for design quality, usability, and accessibility throughout the product lifecycle
Requirements
- Proven experience as a product designer, with a strong portfolio demonstrating impact
- Strong command of UX and UI principles, interaction design, and design systems
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally and communicating design rationale effectively
- Comfort working in a data- and process-driven environment with fast iteration cycles
- Ability to thrive in an on-site setting and contribute to team momentum
