About the Role
Tutored by Teachers is hiring ELL-certified and/or ELD-experienced educators to provide virtual tutoring for K-12 students nationwide. This is a part-time role with flexible scheduling and work-from-anywhere convenience—no classroom required.
You’ll support students with ELA and Math tutoring during school-day hours (10am–5pm EST), helping close opportunity gaps and advance equity in education.
Responsibilities
- Deliver virtual ELA and Math instruction to K-12 students
- Provide targeted support for ELL and/or ELD learners based on student needs
- Maintain a positive, student-centered learning experience
- Work during available tutoring engagements within school-day hours (10am–5pm EST)
Requirements
- ELL certification and/or documented ELD experience
- Experience teaching or tutoring K-12 students
- Strong communication skills and the ability to engage students online
- Availability during school-day hours (10am–5pm EST)
