About the Role
Join the Gemological Institute of America (GIA), the world’s leading authority in gemology, as a Director for our Online School. Based at our corporate headquarters in Carlsbad, California, you’ll help shape and lead the online learning experience that supports students around the world.
Responsibilities
- Lead strategy and oversight for online school programs and learning delivery
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve course quality, learner outcomes, and operational effectiveness
- Ensure online instructional processes align with organizational standards and continuous improvement goals
- Support program planning and coordination across teams to meet learner needs
Requirements
- Proven leadership experience in education, training, or online learning environments
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Ability to drive improvements in program delivery and learning experience
